And she's not some hyper-energetic-angry persom but just on the occaision. And I really have to learn to calm down when things get me angry; usually at snide political/religios/racist/sexist comments where I just fume up and/or burst into tears. <BR/><BR/>Have you ever tried the yoga poses "chopping wood" or "lion" because they have a wonderful calming effect... releasing out all that stale, angry air.
