Fords

There's  nothing like the natural beauty of the Aussie countryside

The sun-kissed earth...

The flora and the fauna...

.
Relics of times long past...

And young hooligans to bring us back to reality.  Fords: TIMELESS

Great pictures. Great story-line. Why do old trucks left to fade away always have their bonnets (hoods) open?

An old lady i know, collects derelict cars, puts them on her farm and lets the animals use them to sleep in.there are baby pigs, goats, chickens.peacocks, dogs, cats, etc all roosting, sleeping and eating in these rust buckets
But seriously, why do people litter the beautiful countryside with cars, old beds etc.It is not just Australia that has this problem,it is widespread here in Ireland and we do not have any 'outback' to hide them.
Great pictures, that truck looks to be in better condition than my daughters car !!

Hello Helen, This post made me think of the old broken down truck on our property. In this part of the country, everyone seems to have one, and I figured out why they keep it that way even though it is an eyesore in the beautiful country. Everyone has an old beat up truck that does not work, because they do not want anyone to think they are doing too well. That way, they will not be envious.
